 If budget is the main concern for the car-racing enthusiast then the electric RC cars are for them as they are cheaper in cost and the running does not cost much as once the battery charged it runs a long time. Since the batteries are chargeable, you need not spend money on buying fresh batteries every time.
The Gas-Powered cars run on fuel and that increases the running cost of the car whereas the electric does not have to bother about fuels etc.
The cars can be used indoors as they do not have any fuel so they do not emit smoke and they are practically smoke free which makes it a good indoor game.
The noise of the gas-powered RC cars is so deafening that it becomes almost impossible to run it indoors.
The smoke emitted from the Gas-Powered cars will not make it feasible to run these cars indoors.
The only disadvantage of the electric RC cars is that it runs on batteries and the batteries are in need of charging regularly and therefore cannot be used for a longer period.
The people who run the electric RC cars usually opt for double battery, which while one, is being charged they have the other to play with.
